Small group is designed for the every day person looking to improve their overall health while seeing sustainable results. Training Split

  • Monday: Upper push / Lower pull

  • Tuesday: Athletic performance

  • Wednesday: Upper pull / Lower push

  • Thursday: Bodyweight

  • Friday: Full body strength

  • Saturday: Yoga

Nutrition

Benefit from weekly meal plans designed to support your fitness goals. We care about your nutritional needs and provide tailored guidance to help you fuel your workouts effectively. All of the recipes we send through our community forum are beginner and family friendly.

Recovery

Lucky for you our facility has plenty of therapeutic modalities to help you recover as fast as possible. Each week we send out a recovery routine that corresponds with the workouts we did that week.

On the weekend enjoy yoga on us!

Training

Unlike most group fitness gyms, our goal isn't to get you as tired as possible. Our goal is to progress towards a goal with specific exercises and volume that gets you there safely and efficiently as a team.

Every month we'll have a movement seminar where we will teach you exercises that will be in our upcoming program.

We believe community is what drives us and thats why we incorporate a community forum where will send our nutritional, training, and recovery resources along with our newsletter. 

Every quarter you will have the opportunity to schedule a free consultation where we will go over goals, body metrics, and our plan of action with you.
